• 4 Chicken fillets

• 1 tbsp honey per

• 2 tbsp Schwartz Jamaican Jerk Seasoning or a homemade blend*

• 3 tbsp dark soya sauce

• 2 Chicken stock cubes crumbled

• 1/2 tsp Garlic salt


• Place chicken fillets in an oven proof dish

• Drizzle honey ensuring each fillet has a even coating

• Sprinkle with Jerk seasoning, garlic and crumbled stock cube

• Finish off with soya sauce

• Oven pre heated on 200 for 25-35 minutes

1tsp all spice

1 tbsp Garlic powder

2tsp salt

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

2 tsps sugar

2tsp chives
